Monitoring

We follow the old adage that "You can't manage what you don't measure.".  Our idea of managed services is to proactively prevent issues from occurring as much as possible.  We accomplish this with our comprehensive remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution which is designed to monitor all aspects of our client's IT infrastructure and alert our NOC immediately of any impending issues.

Computer Virus/Malware Prevention

Many issues stem from computer viruses and malware.  A virus outbreak can be costly in regards to lost productivity and diminished professional image.  We bundle a leading virus and malware prevention solution to proactively stop viruses and malware before any damage can occur.  We also monitor the status of virus and malware prevention and proactively alert our NOC of detected infections or unprotected devices.

24/7 NOC Support

Our network operations center (NOC) is quietly working behind the scenes monitoring our client's IT infrastructures 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.  Our team has an exceptional 15 minute average response and a 1 hour resolution time for urgent issues.  Most issues are proactively resolved without user intervention or even their awareness.

24/7 Help Desk

Our service plans include 24/7 help desk assistance.  Our Users can submit tickets or call anytime for assistance.  Our RMM solution has built-in desktop remote control capabilities in case desktop interaction is necessary.
